These conditions of sale (only “General Conditions” are shown below) govern the sale of products that are sold by Roma Pellicce by Alta Moda Furs for the purpose of guaranteeing a transparent relationship with clients. All the operations of sale and purchase, between Seller and Client, shall be governed by the following general conditions.
Acceptance of sale conditions
The contract stipulated between Roma Pellicce by Alta Moda Furs and the Customer must be considered as concluded, even only partially, by Roma Pellicce by Alta Moda Furs. This acceptance is deemed as implied, upon notice, in any process, to the Customer. When Customer makes an order in one of the ways provided by the website, he declares that he has seen all the indications provided during the purchase procedure and he is entirely accepting the general conditions of sale.
Items Availability and Orders Evasion
The e-commerce system adopted by www.romapellicce.com is designed to guarantee the highest transparency for the customer, indicating in real time the exact status of products availability and their delivery time.
However, we have to consider the possibility that more customers could order the same item at the same time and so the quantity of items in our warehouse could change. In this case, we will pay attention to inform conveniently the customer by email or telephone about potential problems with the items availability, then he could chose if cancel or not the order. If you decide to cancel the order, you will be refunded completely and immediately.
www.romapellicce.com reserve one's right, even only partially, to processed the orders received depending on items availability in warehouse.
Furthermore, we remind that images and information which are in the items data sheet are approximate and sometimes they could not be fully the same as the items characteristic, despite we pay attention in showing items.
Orders are accepted only by means of Internet. Customer who makes the order in the website will receive at the end of process an email of confirmation about this order, with his order’s number. When the order has been sent, if the order’s number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be deemed as unacceptable for any legal effect, even if there are accounting causes, administrative causes or items shortage.An order can only be canceled, by telephone or sending an e-mail to email@example.com, if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been sent. When orders have already been processed, the customer will have to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
All sales prices displayed on the website : www.romapellicce.com are in Euro ,inclusive of VAT. They can undergo variations without notice. Shipping cost, except for exceptional or promotional cases, are customer charge’s. In the event that customs duties are provided in the country of delivery, the entire amount will be charged by the Customer himself.
Mode and delivery times
Shipment takes place exclusively via courier, which will be delivered within 10/20 working days (except for some exceptions) after ordering throughout Italy. Shipping costs are charged by the customer
Complaints and Returns
Received the goods, Customer is required to immediately check its status and compliance. Complaints regarding product conformity, including in relation to their quantity and / or appearance, must be formulated in writing by means of the appropriate procedure and the appropriate Return Material Request Form (RMA). The goods must be sent in free port to our address accompanied by a transport document on which the RMA number must be indicated. Goods without this number will not be accepted. If RMA is requested for a defective or damaged product, if the returned product is found to be working, Rome Fur Alta Moda Furs reserves the right to charge the shipping cost for the return of the goods and a flat-rate amount as a refund for technical expenses Of € 25,00 + VAT. If the return is accepted, it will be reimbursed net of shipping costs
The purchased goods can be delivered within a maximum of 14 days from the time of receipt by the Customer.
The goods must be made intact, in the same conditions as they have been received, complete with intact security cards and / or seals. In the event that such seals are damaged or tampered with, the goods will not be accepted as rendered.
